Blair Souder, MS, NCC


Blair Souder is the founder and owner of Gracefield Counseling.

As a result of a set of transformational experiences in mid-life, Blair has committed himself to helping individuals challenged with psychological, mental, and emotional issues.  Beyond Blair's private practice, his counseling experiences include rehabilitating homeless populations in local cities, counseling inmates in high security prisons, and supporting patients and families in hospice settings.


Blair's background also includes a successful career as a business executive where he has a strong track record of developing teams and individuals.

Blair's education includes an MS in Pastoral Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Neumann University, where he was honored with the St Francis of Assisi Award in recognition of his outstanding work with clients and academic achievements.  Blair also holds an MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Blair is Board certified as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC), and is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).   He is also is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) from the International Association of Trauma Professionals (IATP) and has received official training in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) by the EMDR Institute of America. Blair is currently applying for licensure in Pennsylvania, and practices under the supervision of Dr. Linda Branco, LPC (below).

Linda Murray Branco is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a national certified counselor (NCC) with a private practice at Gracefield.


Linda is committed to encouraging and supporting clients as they reflect upon their challenges and draw on their inner strengths and resilience to make positive changes in their lives. Linda is privileged to partner with clients as they work toward the quality of life they desire.  Linda’s holistic approach to counseling incorporates mind, body and spirit for emotional wellness.  For some individuals, the process of self-discovery may also include drawing on elements of spiritual beliefs and values.  If this is true for her clients, Linda has the training to integrate these areas in therapy.


In addition to private practice, Linda has worked predominantly in healthcare settings, such as acute care hospitals, hospice units, and long-term nursing care facilities where she has counseled patients, family members, and healthcare professionals. She has also provided educational presentations, lectures, and evenings of reflection to parishes, congregations, and community centers. 


Linda earned her MS in Pastoral Counseling as well as her Ph.D. in Pastoral Counseling from Neumann University in Aston, PA.  In addition, she completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education at Nemours A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE.  Linda is a member of Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society.
